Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about WorksheetJs? Find answers to the most common questions about licensing, integration, and features.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Bank transfer and invoice payment for Enterprise is arranged via Paddle and is subject to Paddle's invoicing terms — contact support@worksheetjs.com to get started. Prices shown exclude applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and is collected and remitted by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 14 days your trial ends and access is paused. No charge is made unless you choose a plan. You can upgrade at any point during or after the trial without losing your work.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial charge, email support@worksheetjs.com and we will issue a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable. We recommend using the 14-day free trial to fully evaluate WorksheetJS before subscribing.
Can I use one license across multiple projects?
Each license covers the number of domains included in your plan — 1 for Starter, 5 for Pro, and unlimited for Enterprise. Dev and localhost are always free and do not count as a domain.
How do I get support?
All plans include priority email support with a 1–2 day response time and access to community support via GitHub Issues. Enterprise customers also receive dedicated onboarding and a named support contact.
